Most people just don't think about it, but if your serving those who have allergies it's something the front of the house should be doing, not just the cooks in the back of the house. those menus get dirty and covered in food, and for someone with food allergies this is a big stressor. I'd recommend the street noodles, spicy Chang's chicken, and mongolian beef of course! My only complaint, is that we had to ask for new plates and forks since the hostess who sat us laid the regular menu all over our clean plates and utensils. A little pricey but i don't mind paying since they take such care, amazing tasting food, and great atmosphere. I felt like a normal person eating there. P F Chang&039 s Menu Serves Asian, Chinese. He brought out a bottle of gf soy sauce, when we asked for straws he grabbed them with clean napkin when handing them to us (one of my biggest pet peeves as a person with food allergies is watching a server clear plates with half eaten food and wiping down counters with food covered rags then grab a straw with their dirty hands & plunk it down into my drink and having to ask for a whole new drink). Told them we were eating gf, our server was awesome. Despite it being a chain, I trust this place because the risk of Cross contamination seems pretty low since most of the menu is already naturally gf when you change out the soy sauce.
